
Arthur Dodds – Admin – Salary DOE
To join a successful financial planning business in Lisburn as their new Administrator, where you will work with a variety of clients across:
• Creating and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Preparing pre and post-meeting correspondence and valuations
• Processing new business applications in a compliant and timely manner
• Liaising with providers, progressing cases, and chasing outstanding requirements
• Supporting the delivery and implementation of client reviews and action points
What we are looking for:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to manage workload independently within defined processes
• Experience within a financial planning environment (desirable)
