Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger

A leading supplier to the construction and engineering industry are currently on the lookout for an experienced accounts professional team. Working alongside a supportive team, you will be assisting in finance function of the business, gaining valuable experience in the industry whilst earning a competitive salary.



Key Responsibilities




  • Processing supplier invoices/delivery notes

  • Updating financial spreadsheets and arranging payments

  • Assisting in producing monthly sales invoices

  • Quarterly VAT returns

  • Bank lodgements and month end reports



 



What you'll need to succeed




  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Have great attention to detail with a proven ability to use own initiative

  • Ability to manage deadlines and a diverse workload
